Ridge Workforce was founded by husband-and-wife team Joseph Wilkes and Valerie Wilkes. Together, they saw how the right people, clear communication, and reliable operations can give business owners more room to focus on the work only they can do.
Our approach connects U.S.-led experience in care and service operations with Philippines-based virtual professionals. It’s a people-first partnership shaped around each client’s real needs—not a distant, one-size-fits-all staffing model.
Our mission is to help business owners and healthcare leaders reduce operational burdens, improve efficiency, and gain more freedom to focus on growth, their clients, and their families.

FOUNDER
Joseph brings extensive leadership experience in home care, home health, senior care, healthcare operations, business development, staffing, client services, and referral relationships throughout Northern California. He has led teams, improved staffing systems, supported caregivers, and strengthened service delivery.
FOUNDER
Valerie’s experience as a caregiver and call center manager informs her approach to compassionate service, customer communication, team supervision, and workforce coordination. Her professional connections in the Philippines strengthen Ridge Workforce’s recruiting and staffing network.
